Yerba mate Canarias, like all Uruguayan mate is mainly composed of powder with very small and cut leaves, without stems (no stick). Its taste is strong and bitter and its texture is almost creamy.

100% natural product with no artificial additives, preservatives or other chemicals. For this reason there may occasionally be slight variations in taste throughout the year.

The leaves of the yerba mate trees mate used for the production of Canarias come from the states of Santa Catarina, Paraná and Rio Grande Do Sul in Brazil. The trees grow in native forests whose microclimate favours the ideal development of the leaf's properties.

Due to its composition it ensures a bitter and intense, long-lasting flavour, typical of yerba mate CANARIAS.
