HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our shipments are fast and, once your order is confirmed, you will receive it within a few days. The shipping time varies depending on the country where you want to receive it:
España (Península) y Portugal en 24-48 horas laborables. Ten en cuenta que desde la compra hasta el envío suele haber un día de preparación de tu pedido.
Europe delivery time ranges from 3 to 6 working days.
In the rest of the world, delivery times can be extended up to 7 working days.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
When you make your purchase, the shipping costs are perfectly reflected. We will never include any unexpected costs and you will always know what you are going to pay.
Depending on your location, shipping costs vary as follows:
España (Península y Baleares) y Portugal 3,90 € con envío GRATIS en España peninsular para pedidos superiores a 45 €, Baleares mayores a 50€. En Portugal el envío será gratis al ser el pedido superior a 60€.
Europa tarifa general 6,90 €, el precio podrá variar dependiendo de la ciudad** El envío será GRATIS para pedidos superiores a 120€.
Resto del mundo 27€**

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We work with the best courier companies (Correos Express, Correos, UPS, DHL), once we have the tracking provided by the courier will be added to your account automatically and you can track your order through the website of the company concerned, although the agency itself will also notify you by email / sms.
If your tracking does not work do not worry, keep in mind that couriers take a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that only makes shipments on weekdays.

En este caso se debe enviar un correo al centro de atención al cliente hola@laboutiquedelmate.es adjuntando fotos y videos del producto describiendo el problema dentro de las 48 hs de recibida la mercancía.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We hope that you do not wish to return your order, but if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have up to 14 calendar days to do so.

In case of return due to the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. This must be done within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
El cliente podrá devolver cualquier artículo (excepto los mates de outlet y productos personalizados) que haya comprado en Poné la Pava siempre y cuando los productos no hayan sido abiertos ni usados, o estuvieran estropeados, manchados o incompletos y conserven su precinto o embalaje original.
We do not accept returns due to misuse of the product, remember that some types of mate must be cured according to the instructions given at the time of delivery of the product.
Late returns are not accepted.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?
We have multiple payment methods available. You can view them all when you add a product to the cart and go to checkout. Some of them are the following:

Antes de comenzar a usar tu mate es muy importante que se realice correctamente el proceso de curado.
Llenar 3/4 partes del mate con yerba mate nueva, esto permite que los taninos extraídos ablanden los hollejos del interior🧉.
Agregar agua hasta arriba (sin que esta llegue a la virola del mate), como si fuéramos a tomar un mate entre 75º / 80º y dejar descansar por 12 horas ⏰.
Retirar la yerba mate con una cuchara raspando las paredes interiores del mate, limpiando lo que se ha ablandado. Es aconsejable repetir este proceso por una semana, sin lavar el interior y rellenando siempre con yerba mate nueva. Una vez finalizado enjuagar con agua y dejar secar al sol un tiempo prudencial ✔️.
- Enjuagar con agua el recipiente luego de cada uso y secarlo muy bien para evitar la formación de hongos. Si es posible dejarlo secar al sol un tiempo prudencial. Ante mucha humedad se puede poner papel absorbente en el interior para un mejor secado.
- No es apto lavavajillas.
- Es normal que el interior se tiña de verde debido a la tinta de la yerba mate, no usar productos de limpieza como detergente.
- Te recordamos que para evitar filtraciones por la virola (es un producto artesanal) no llenes el mate hasta el tope con agua.
- Intenta, en lo posible, evitar que el cuero se moje al limpiar el mate o al enjuagar el interior.
Llenar 3/4 del mate con la yerba mate que más te guste. Recuerda antes agotar el paquete o recipiente donde la tengas almacenada para e sus componentes se mezclen.
Tapar con una mano a boca del mate y agitar para que se mezcle la yerba mate en el interior.
Luego del movimiento anterior se debe intentar que la yerba quede sobre una pared del recipiente inclinado a 45º.
Se debe humedecer la yerba mate la parte más baja, recuerda que el agua debe estar entre 75º y 80º, epserar a que se infusión. Luego echar otro poco de agua.
Este procedimiento evitará que la bombilla se tape.
Colocar la bombilla en la parte has humedecido asegurándoteque la misma llegue a la base del mate, ejercer un suave movimiento de palanca para que la yerba mate suba y apoyar el cuerpo de la bombilla contra pared del recipiente.
Finalmente, comenzar a cebar sobre el sector de la bombilla y dejado distancia para que agua tenga un espacio de caída. Es importante ir mojando la yerba mate de a poco para evitar que la misma se lave.
